Support Perspectives in Unified Lineage

(filing this to track as a follow up from a conversation with Caroline F)

Background: Perspectives in (legacy) Manta are used by our organization to achive the following:

1. We mark some table columns as "critical". Users usually want to view the lineage of critical columns only. Therefore it helps users search better, because if there are two columns with the same name in Manta, the user is able to identify which of them is critical, and visualize the lineage of the critical element.

2. We mark some databases or servers as SOO (system of origin). This allows us to use Manta to check if a critical element has a known lineage back to an SOO. If it does not, we knpw that we much scan more lineage or inform varipus teams that they are sourcing their data from the wrong place.

3. We group lineage in applications and processes. Users generaally want to see the lineage of buisness applications and processes, not databases and files. This also has a major performamce benefit, because we group only the critical elemnents into a process, instead of all tables and databases. Thus visualizing a process is less resource intensive than visualizing the whole database.

The above can be added programatically but not via a UI - ideally we would want both abilities.

The ask: It is unclear what features in Unified Lineage will meet these use cases.
