Enable StreamSets API access via OKTA authentication from Manta

We have noticed that StreamSets access through a Service Account is no longer working with OKTA authentication in place while validating the connectivity from Manta Admin UI.

This is causing a disconnect in the lineage across the systems since StreamSets is an integration layer for the data movement between and within an application. We have brought this over to IBM's notice vide Case: TS021478631, who recommended that we submit an Idea since the API access authentication mechanism from Manta for StreamSets doesn't exist currently.

Kindly let us know if any other information is needed in having this enabled at the earliest in Manta and help in addressing the cross-system lineage gap addressed for the Business and IT users alike who access Manta for the impact analysis and understanding the information flow as well.
