More Granularity on DISPLAY command authority (display procedure)

We'd appreciate if there was a more granular level of authority to permit schema owners of stored procedures to be able to display status of stored procedures. We are concerned from an audit standpoint that granting system-display privilege would enable additional insight into objects from an audit protection standpoint, as well as potentially increased traffic to the coupling facility that recipients of the system-level DISPLAY authority could induce unintentionally. We believe, however, that people in charge of owning the procedure should be able to perform displays of their own procedures / functions in order to perform more specific diagnosis.

    Meant this to be DB2 for z/OS, but mistakenly chose Db2, which defaults to Db2 LUW. Not sure how to cancel this.
