Use package collection other than NULLID for CLP and Db2 Utilities

Db2/zOS colleagues want to get rid of lock issues with rebind of packages in schema NULLID, thus the decided to have Db2/zOS release specific package collections to provide actual and rebound packages for every Db2 release to the distributed (Db2/LUW) applications.

This works well for CLI and JDBC applications, as they can make use of CurrentPackageSet or CurrentPackagePath parameter in db2cli.ini, db2dsdriver.cfg or connection URL.

But command line processor (CLP) or utilities (e.g. EXPORT) won't use that parameter, as they always look for packages in schema NULLID only!

As Db2 uses that schema NULLID for decades already, customers having databases migrated over many years, will have tons of meanwhile unsused packages within that schema, which sometimes caused issues as they cannot be revalidated or rebound anymore.

Having even dedicated schemata for every Db2/LUW release, would allow a more acurate maintenance and handling of packages being outdated.

Or you can even 'force' application to use more actual client versions, if the packages are found in the current release schema/collection only ;-)

To begin, you must differentiate between readymade sofa covers in pakistan for indoor and outdoor use. Indoor cushion covers are rarely suitable for outdoor use, owing to their lack of waterproof properties.
