Official documentation of FMP enhancement variables DB2_AGENT_CACHING_FMP and DB2_MAX_THREADS_PER_FMP

Valuable enhancements for db2fmp processing have been added back in Db2 V8 and V9 already via APAR (e.g. IZ08425), but they are still NOT documented for Db2 V10 and V11, although they are valid and available.

Concerning Java stored procedure handling and the Java heap size definition, those varaibles are very valuable to better balance the workload accross multiple db2fmp processes, to not hit heap size limitation due to high number of threads struggling for the same heap.

It could be even better to introduce such settings as DBM config parameters.

It's hard to find those variables and the documentation how to use them, as you won't regard a very old V8 APAR as still valid documentation to set options for Db2 V11 instances! And some clients might be worried about using those variables as long as they are NOT officially documented.

We've got the info, that the Db2 V8 APAR is still the official documentation for those vaiables via case TS005407038 .
