Federation support for Aurora PostgreSQL

We have been able to successfully implement federation from Db2 on Linux (v11.5.7) to Aurora PostgreSQL v13.4 using the ODBC wrapper.

However, when attempting to implement a similar federation from Db2 on Windows to Aurora PostgreSQL v13.4/v14.3 using the ODBC wrapper, we either crash Db2 (utilizing DSN server and ODBC Data Source Node with PostgreSQL driver), or get an error about the node not being found (DSN-less server).

We are waiting for IBM to provide an updated postgreSQL driver for an attempt at getting the JDBC wrapper to work because the current JDBC wrapper doesn't support the version of Aurora PostgreSQL.

However, I would like to see more specific Aurora federation drivers/wrappers/servers that might be more effective and hopefully won't cause Db2 on Windows to go haywire.
