Add REORG LONGLOBDATA for columnar tables

Currently we can create columnar tables with CLOB/LOB columns in it. What we can't do is reclaim the allocated diskspace of the CLOB/LOB columns (LOB_OBJECT_P_SIZE) in columnar tables

To get an idea about how many diskspace is allocated:

db2 "SELECT SUBSTR(TBSP_NAME, 1,30) AS TBSP_NAME, SUM(TBSP_USED_PAGES * TBSP_PAGE_SIZE)/ 1073741824 AS TBSP_USED_SIZE_GB, SUM((TBSP_PENDING_FREE_PAGES+ tbsp_free_pages) * TBSP_PAGE_SIZE)/ 1073741824 AS FREE_OR_PENDING_GB FROM TABLE(MON_GET_TABLESPACE('',-2)) where TBSP_NAME not like '%SYS%' and TBSP_NAME not like '%TEMP%' and RECLAIMABLE_SPACE_ENABLED = 1 and (TBSP_PENDING_FREE_PAGES+ tbsp_free_pages) >= 1 GROUP BY TBSP_NAME ORDER BY 3 DESC"

our case:

We implemented the DB2 audit audit facility. The allocated diskspace in the audit.execute was > 1.5TB. We need to store the statement executions for 30 days and after this we can deleted the records. because the can't REORG the columnar tables we can't "REORG TABLE <table name> LONGLOBDATA" we can't reclaim te storage easly

Workaround: we use the row oriented tables
