Add option for Audit at table level for changes only. Merged

On db2 Zos there is an option only to audit changes to a table as well as all activity. We have a table that is read very heavily but updated (insert, update, delete) very infrequently. We are only interested in tracking changed data as it is a control table and has caused system run failures. Raised ticket TS010854232 for further reference. We run the same application on db2 for Z and LUW. Yes I can do this with a trigger but it is clumsy and imo should be part of the audit facility.
