Include CTQ reason / details in db2exfmt advanced diagnostics

We need an "Extended Diagnostic Information" in Explain (db2exfmt) that details if and why the column organized tables had been (early) converted to the row format for processing it in the row engine.

This is important to detect performance issues through early conversions to row presentation. The reasons for this conversion can be manifold and are often not known in advance. This information could be similar to the MQT information provided in the extended diagnostics section of the explain.

Example:

A Cognos query resulted in bad performance as one (or some) of many tables was not column oriented (while all other had been BLU tables) resulting in a bad performance because all tables had to be converted to row orientation for processing. Having that one table implemented as a BLU table the performance was significantly improved.

    Hello,

it makes also sense to add in the Extended Diagnostic Information if functions, for example OLAP functions, are not push down into the columnar data engine.
