Support S3 Buckets with Object Locks

Db2 already has an integration that supports directly writing/reading to/from to S3 buckets. Unfortunately this integration currently does not support buckets that use object locks. In such a case the following error pops up in the diagnostic log:

It would be great if Db2 would add support for bucket with objects locks enabled.
