MON_GET_CONNECTION missing the application idle time

MON_GET_CONNECTION table function is documented to be the replacement of deprecated snapshot function SNAPAPPL, but it misses a key value, which is supplied by the old (deprecated) function.

SNAPAPPL delivers the application idle time (APPL_IDLE_TIME) which is the elapsed time since the last Db2 request. But MON_GET_CONNECTION only provides the sum of idle times per session or unit of Work (UoW). Those counters cannot be used to distinguish the real time, that an application actually idles since the last request.

Thus we would like to see MON_GET_CONNECTION to be enhanced to provide the same value as the ‘old’ SNAPAPPL function does with ‘APPL_IDLE_TIME’.

Additional reason do add this metric in MON_GET_xxxx function is APPL_IDLE_TIME from SNAPAPP is required for two official IBM products:
    - IBM Maximo Asset Management

    - IBM Control Desk
to control Long Running Connections from above two products.

See official IBM article about this requirement: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-solve-database-connection-leaks

It would be nice to have the same metric in MON_GET_CONNECTION like idea states when SNAPAPP is removed from Db2 that this two products Long Running Connection will still work.
