Hi. You can build such a SQL query around the DB_HISTORY administrative view -- https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/db2/11.5?topic=views-db-history-history-file and tailor it to your needs.
Also, because you mentioned: " last successful backup with the threshold being number of days since last successful backup", I wanted to point out that we have something called Automatic Backup that has triggers built around such thresholds to issue automatic backups when meant.
