Add a parameter value like GSK_MS_CERTIFICATE_STORE for SSLClientKeystoredb on linux

On windows systems you can configure the Db2 Data Server Driver Package to search for the CA certificate in the Microsoft key store by setting   <parameter name="SSLClientKeystoredb" value="GSK_MS_CERTIFICATE_STORE"/> in db2dsdriver.cfg.

Unfortunately there is no similar option for Linux systems. There you have to create a keystore with gskit and provide it with the db2 driver. If an certificate expires application developers or db2 administrators have to add the certificates to each gskit keystore. In my point of view it would be better if the db2 driver searches for the certificate under /etc/ssl/certs where Linux administrators usually provide the CA certificates that are needed. Before an CA expires the Linux server administrators will provide the new CA to  /etc/ssl/certs and no additional actions by db2 administrators or developers would be necessary.

This feature would be most important for the .net Core driver (Net.IBM.Data.Db2) because in .net core development you are often working in both worlds (windows and Linux) and today a lot of configuration and administration overhead is necessary because of that behavior.
