OK glad to hear.
Than you very very much it works , thanks a lot, I really really appreciate all the help, once again thanks a lot and sorry for any misunderstanding
Hi. Can you please confirm what command(s) are not working for you anymore. I see you mention db2expln and db2exfmt. Thanks.
Michael
If I read it right we run first on Primary and than immediately we can run on STANDBY, please confirm, I am sorry if I misread it
Michael,
Please let us know while executing db2expln cmd which explain table get updated, as always I have given execute authority to application team member and none on any explain tables.
db2expln cmd gives access path taken by query graphical and query cost, I have come across situation(as I can't furnish the output) when we switched off the STMM. I forgot the name from lab I think it was Michael... he maybe retired, he has helped us from Toronto Lab to have different memory configuration on PRIMARY and STANDBY and that gave different output from PRIMARY and STANDBY.
Therefore it's up to IBM to force db2 luw community to use db2expln cmd like db2exfmt on PRIMARY only
Hi. We have confirmed that this feature exists and works, but the command needs to be run on the Primary before the Standby.
We will be updating our documentation to make this more clear.
Thanks.
