Increase the db2 licence limit for the DMC repository db.

16 VPC is a 2 VP value based on my server.(2core)

I have more than 15 DBs to monitor, but the licence limit makes it difficult to increase the CPU.

I apologize for the lack of clarity in my explanation.

The bundled DB2 license for the DMC repository is currently Standard edition, could you please consider changing this to Advanced edition?

Notes: If your Db2 Data Management Console repository database is hosted on a Db2 server, you can download and use a limited Db2 Standard Edition license key from the Db2 Download Center.

This limited license can only be used to set up a repository database for the Db2 Data Management Console.

As you may already know, the license for DMC repository DB has the following restrictions.

To use a repository database, you must create a dedicated database for the repository that meets the following criteria:

The database must be used for only the Db2 Data Management Console repository. Do not use an existing database and do not store additional information in the repository database.

The database cannot use the Db2 database partitioning feature (DPF) or pureScale®.

The database must have a temporary table space with a page size of at least 8 KB.

The database must be of Unicode type to avoid SQL language errors.

As you have mentioned 16 VPCs, I believe you have Db2 Standard Edition. If you need more, you need upgrade to Db2 Advanced Edition. As you have correctly stated, it is based on Db2 License limit that trickles down into DMC.
