Allow Db2 ESAF interface with IMS to use PSB in place of loadmodule

Currently when a thread is created between IMS->Db2 the Db2 ESAF exit uses the Load module name to link to a plan name of the same name (or another name if using RTT load module).


In a test environment there may be a scenario where several different PSB's (access different ims databases) use the same load module. In this scenario it would be useful if the Db2 ESAF exit could use the PSB name (passed by IMS already) in place of the Load module name. So that different db2 plan / tables could be used, based on the PSB.

This would remove the need for duplicate / aliased load modules, just to link a specific plan.
