Expand db2 autoconfig to identify configuration settings less than default value

Db2 autoconfig is one way to identify configuration settings that are less than the current default of the current release. Since in-place upgrades preserve the configuration settings from the previous release, DBAs must manually find and determine if configuration settings need to be increased to match the new defaults.

I suggest expanding db2 autoconfig with additional configuration parameters to assist DBAs in identifing new defaults including the following list:

DBM Suggestions

- CPUSPEED

- COMM_BANDWIDTH

- DIAGLEVEL

- MON_HEAP_SZ

- JAVA_HEAP_SZ

- UTIL_IMPACT_LIM

DBCFG

- DATABASE_MEMORY

- APPL_MEMORY

- All Automatic maintenance options
