Add "Do Not run on Startup" Checkbox to the "DB2 First Steps" app.

This is, without a doubt one of the most annoying applications I deal with.  When I log on to a database server, it can take a while to start this app, meaning I am in the middle of something when this app pops up in the middle of my work like some sort of "Adware".  Although there is a process to get rid of it, it is time consuming, and on occasion, after a patch, it comes back and I have to get rid of it again.

This can all be avoided if there was a simple check box on the app to allow us to check, which will keep it from running on startup again and again.
