Revision of the DMC installation

We're trying to install DMC in our environment, but we're having some issues with it:

- documentation for the Linux installation is not complete

- why is the db pagesize for the reprodb 8 k and uses EXTENDED_ROW_SZ? Db pagesize 32 without EXTENDED_ROW_SZ would be better for us, in our environment EXTENDED_ROW_SZ is not welcome

- objects and schema are in CamelCase, that is forbidden in our environment, for example:

GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE ON <repository_schema_name>."bottleFedWaitTotal" TO PUBLIC#
GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE ON <repository_schema_name>."bottleFedWaitTime" TO PUBLIC#
GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE ON <repository_schema_name>.bottle_cpu TO PUBLIC#
GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE ON <repository_schema_name>.bottle_direct_reads TO PUBLIC#

- no authorization concept respectively too high permissions; DBADM WITH DATAACCESS on the database and SYSCTRL on the database instance for one user is not allowed in our environment

- housekeeping has mistakes, e.g. ibm-datamgmtconsole/samples/DB2LUW/reorg.sql

REORG TABLE USERCRED INPLACE ALLOW WRITE ACCESS#
REORG INDEXES ALL FOR TABLE USERCRED#
RUNSTATS ON TABLE USERCRED ON ALL COLUMNS AND DETAILED INDEXES ALL ALLOW WRITE ACCESS#

Inplace Reorgs are asynchronous, Reorg indexes all is blocked by the online reorg and runstats runs too early, inplace Reorgs could not finished
