Prompts for all db2 utility cancellations

I have faced this issue at the beginning of my career. When we ran into some issue with utility hung or ran some utility accidentally don’t know when it will be finished and when can we kill that process. If we give a prompt with some information such as for runstats once we start we cannot terminate this processes do you want to proceed(Y/N). And for reorg where we can terminate the process. These kind of information and for utilities like export based on number of rows it should suggest the approx time and prompt for proceed or cancel. These will help much better for the DB2 administrators who joined as freshers.
