BRMS Recovery Report - Missed Objects

We recently had an IBMi system that lost 2 disks in the same RAID set and lost the machine. We had to rebuild from BRMS tape and after the system was made available, users indicated data was incomplete.

In researching, it appears there is no easy way to determine objects not saved during an IBMi BRMS backup.

Options include reviewing backup joblogs that can exceed 200 pages, creating a missed object brms control group, reviewing DSPLOGBRM (which cannot be dumped to file).
All of these options are very time intensive and with 50+ machines to review, would consume all my time, every day.

I would like to request an enhancement to BRMS Recovery Reports, which show Objects Missed during the backup. This should be approved as a Recovery Report is incomlete without a list of objects that would not be restored while using the most recent recovery report.

This idea is tied to a product that is resold by IBM. There is no indication how this ties to Db2 for LUW. Please reference the following URL: https://helpsystemswiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IWT
