Supporting alerts in pacemaker configuration to enable a post-failover trigger (e.g. to call any shell script)

Customer has HADR and Pacemaker implemented, their Backup&Recovery solution is CommVault.
Log Archiving and Backup is shared by using a Virtual Client Name.
But requirement from CommVault after a HADR takeover is to inform CommVault server about the event (calling /opt/commvault/Base64/cvclusternotify  script of CommVault):
/opt/commvault/Base64/cvclusternotify -inst <InstanceName> -cn <cluster_client_name> -start / -stop
If this can be trigged in Pacemaker immediately after a takeover would keep the backup and log archiving on the new primary node working (otherwise this would be broken).

Possible solution: "crm configure alert".

This request is equivalent to Idea DB24LUW-I-1204.

It would be nice if this solution supports all third party backup tools.
