Developing and support for the c7i instance type in DB2 Purescale solution on AWS

The maximum number of EBS volumes (up to 30) that can be attached to  current c6i instances that is supported with DB2 Purescale on AWS. The new c7i instance type offers support for up to 128 EBS volumes, which aligns perfectly for enhanced storage capacity and scalability.
