Pacemaker to be able to start instance on new Standby post network isolation incident

Hi IBM, 

we had a network isolation between between Primary and Standby database servers for 5 minutes.  Pacemaker promoted Principal Standby DB to be primary and killed the process on old Primary DB.  Network isolation has passed but Pacemaker didn't start database process on new Standby DB.  Because of that resources were locked and database was not connectable.

Would be good if Pacemaker is able to detect that the network isolation has gone and started instance and HADR on new Standby DB.
