Remote storage and datalake tables for Db2 on AIX

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

The feature is already available in Db2 for a while, but only supported in (Intel) Linux environments. Many large customers have their Db2 workloads on Power/AIX, benefitting from the platform. To keep Db2 as core component of lakehouse architectures, bringing remote storage capabilities and the support for open file formats like Iceberg tables to AIX is a must.
