COS Allow tagging for backup and log files

COS objects can be tagged at creation e.g. to specify the time the COS object how long the object should be kept.

What would happen if COS retention period conflicts with Db2's policy? What if we ask to delete an object but COS retention is set to keep longer?

As part of the backup, the object(S) created in COS should get any tags applied.

So, this is to pass the following to COS: object_tags = <Tags added to COS object, Format: Key1=Val1,Key2=Val2>

    Sample Syntax extension:

    Backup command: backup db <dbname> ... to <remote storage alias> … tags(tag1:val1, tag2:val2, ...)

    Logarchopt1/2: „COSTags=(tag1:val1, tag2:val2, ...)’"

This can be used to optimize object management:

Customer defines one ore more Lifecycle Policies that delete objects based on tags.

The backup retention period may vary for different backups.

Define if backups images are replicated to a different COS for security, deletion prevention or DR purposes.
