DB2DIAG.log presence on all clients

DB2DIAG.LOG has a great value, when trouble shooting applications and certificates.
Often as DBA  we dont have acces to the clients servers etc.  So having the users retrieve a copy  of the db2diag.log and send it, is very helpfull.

Our endusers uses maven, nuget, and many different frameworks to obtain a thin client driver directly into their application. So we do not have a full db2 connect client server installation.

What we experience is that, in openshift, and containters etc.
We cannot find the db2diag.log  we cant set the DB2_DIAGPATH path etc.

i suggest we get a common, not product specific, instrumentation and setup for the db2diag.log so that it is allways available.   No matter how they retrieved their driver.
and a standard guideline to find and enable db2diag.log

db2diag.log is available at default location for all non-java drivers. If you do not see it, you should open case with support. Thanks.
