Prompt to confirm the Takeover

In certain scenarios a Tablespace wouldn't have a NORMAL state at the Standby database.

Depending on how important is that Tablespace and if it would be easily get back to NORMAL state or not, the user could decide to decline the Takeover.

A tablespace was in Rollforward Pending State at the standby database while user wasn't aware of that. The user could run a takeover without be alerted in the screen about that situation. That is reported in Case TS020402596.

The suggestion is:

- if a tablespace isn't in a NORMAL State in the Standby database
- then a takeover command is issued by the user
- in that scenario, then Db2 should prompt to confirm if user really wants to takeover and tell that a tablespace isn't in NORMAL state

So customer could check the tablespaces and decide if he really wants to takeover.

This is an excellent and critical improvement idea! It would be even more valuable if this warning mechanism could be extended to encompass other potentially corrupted database objects.
