Feature of TERRITORY Improvement Request for Db2 on IBM Cloud

When the service is deployed, the territory is automatically set to US, which prevents them from using the service as intended.

Any workaround that would allow setting the territory to Japan is required by the end of April.

Alternatively, if there is a planned enhancement that will enable territory selection in a future update is really appreciated to manage the deals.

The customer has expressed that if this capability becomes available, they would like to use Db2-aaS for development, testing, and production as a replacement for their current on-premises environment.

However, if it remains unavailable, they will need to consider another DBMS. Therefore, they strongly hope this issue can be addressed.
