Support separation of volumes for DB2 data and transaction protocol (following best practices) and support flexible scaling (up and down) of volume for transaction log

We request that DB2 on cloud stores transaction log in a separate PV so that there is no risk of running out of storage when doing large reorgs increasing secondary log files. As today tx log and data is on the same PV, there could be a problem with the 4 TB limit reached as data and tx log grows large. We had the situation during table reorgs where we had to increase secondary log files to 800 GB.

"It is good practice to set aside some dedicated (unshared) disk for the Db2 transaction logs. This is because the I/O characteristics of the logs are very different from Db2 containers, for example, and the competition between log I/O and other types of I/O can result in a logging bottleneck, especially in systems with a high degree of write activity."

As a large transaction protocol is only required for intermittent cleanup/optimization actions, the storage for transaction log should be flexible, i.e. increasing the size temporarily and then decreasing it again.
