Request to add password policy expiration date and policy NAME to console API metadata, as well as ability to generate automated notification ahead of password expiration.

In the Db2 Warehouse on Cloud console, under the Administration -> User Management -> Password Policies, a custom password policy can be configured with a defined expiration date.

However, the "users" console API operation does not currently expose the expiration date when this custom password policy has been assigned to a user.   The resulting output of the "users" API call will report if the account is locked, but it does not indicate whether the users password is about to expire.

Additionally, the metadata will return an alphanumeric policy_id value, but does not report the assigned policy name.   For example, if the user creates an "expiry90" policy to expire a password in 90 days, the policy_id returned in the meta data might be some convoluted internal value such as "123abc45-67de-8901-fa23-45bc6e6789f0" with no way to know that equates to the defined "expiry90" policy name.

As the user management feature currently allows for setting a custom password policy with an expiration date, then these features are required and essential:

1.  A record of the date the current password is due to expire

2.  The ability to output the policy name via the console API, vs an internal policy_id that is otherwise without meaning to the admin user

3.  The ability to set up automatic email notification at a specified period prior to expiration of the password based on the assigned policy (14 days, 30 days, etc) to the email address associated with the user account.
