TRACKMOD alternative Merged

When making an incremental backup, DB2 does a complete scan per tablespace for changes. Even when only one row has changed in the tablespace. This makes incremental backups quite lengthy. Oracle on the other hand has the "block change tracking" feature, which administers changes in separate files; this makes incremental backups fast, as only the references in these files need to be interpreted. Is such an implementation for DB2 also possible?
