Change PureScale GPFS NSD Name at installation time

The Network Shared Disk (NSD) default names are created using the db2icrt command can't be changed at installation time.

There is no stanza file to change the NSD default nomenclature.Our payment for our customers refers to unique "vgnames". This
"vgnames" are similar to the nsd nodes. We need to change the nsd names. Changing the default algorithm for unique names at or before installation time could be easier for our large environment.
