Support AWS IAM Roles with Remote Object Storage using AWS S3 Storage for Backups and Archive Logs Merged

AWS promotes usage of IAM Roles (an AWS construct) for managing access to shared S3 object storage across many EC2 Instances.  This is the recommended approach for managing backup images and archive logs.  With the added support of S3 remote storage locations directly in the backup and archive log functions this warrants the additional support of IAM Roles.  This will provide a scalable and easy to manage solution for Db2 backups and archive logs for customers with a number of EC2 instances supporting Db2 databases.
