Add a monitoring table function to return transaction ids along with their commit times.
Goldman Sachs needs to know all the insert/update/delete operations against all tables updated by 1000s of applications along with their commit times. They dont want to use a replication. They want to use triggers that will be triggered on I/U/D operations against any table and will update a shadow table with TID, commit times and the operation type. Right now we dont have a such capability. SO if there are 1000 inserts within one transaction, they need to see all these with the same TID and their commit times.
