Stored-Proc ADMIN_UTL_SCHEDULE: Add a Stop-Condition to continue when RC > 12 occurs

When a Db2-Utility started by Stored-Procl ADMIN_UTL_SCHEDULE abends the Reason-Code is passed back as the Return-Code. This happens for example if REORG fails due to problems with allocating SORTWORK-Datasets, especially for big tables, or when it comes to wrong space-estimations due to bad RTS-values.

When this happens the already started utilities are allowed to continue until they end, but no new utilities are started after the Abend occurred. This is controlled by the stop-condition of Stored-Proc ADMIN_UTL_SCHEDULE. The max. value for stop-condition is ‘AUTHORIZ’ which stops the process after RC 12 occurred, but it is not possible to continue starting utilities when any failed with RC 12 or higher.

Please allow continue starting utilities with higher RCs despite bad RCs have already occurred. This could be done by adding a new value for the stop-condition. Currently the possible stop-conditions are ‘WARNING’ (no new utils after RC 4), ‘ERROR (no new utils after RC 8) and ‘AUTHORIZ’ (no new utils after RC 12). Please add a stop-condition like ‘NEVER’ or ‘IGNORE’ and continue starting the remaining utilities.
