Way to execute the ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM without such elevated permissions

I have tried to grant some of my users to execute the ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM, because I find that it could be useful to them, for example the Security people for getting information needed for External Audits.

From my experience, you have to be SYSADM, or as a minimum having the MONITOR1, because just with the grant to the DSNADMIZ is not possible.

On the other hand just going to Mainview, Sysview, or some other tool, almost any user is able to see them with no issues, as this tools are able to do it. But the ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM (DSNTEJ6Z) is much more friendly and allows you to report all of them in one shot.

My idea is to make it more simple, as it is now, I need the same privileges to execute ADMIN_UPDATE_SYSPARM, than to execute the ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM (that is just a "display"). I think that just the execute package should be enough, or at least something in between.

Just also to mention that the error you receive if you don't have the rights to execute it, it's really misleading from my point of view

DSN8ED7: Error calling stored procedure ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM:

                 Return code=12,
