Db2 start command message output and return code

If a Db2 database is in RO mode at database level and you issue a -STA DB(DBName) SP(TSName) ACCESS(RW) command via batch, it outputs "DSNTDDIS 'START DATABASE' NORMAL COMPLETION" which is misleading because the table still cannot be loaded thereafter. It would be ideal if it indicated that the table still cannot be written to with a higher return code.
