Issue an appropriate message instead of a dump in case of 00E20015 occurrence

A clear DSN... message indicating the problem ASCB is more helpful than a dump. The asid (in R2) could be already another ASCB, so this is ambiguous.

The dump could be supressed in my opinion. We have such a lot of cases in which we are forced to recreate, and in this case that another ASCB is EOS an useless dump is written with all the overhead behind.

    Yes looks good. If the ASID is the asid of DB2A DBM1 completely fine. If the asid is another ASCB, then I would expect the name of this ASCB.
