Syntax-Verification of DSN_PROFILE_TABLE and DSN_PROFILE_ATTRIBUTES entries upon insert / update

Db2 Systemprofiles are configured via the two tables DSN_PROFILE_TABLE and DSN_PROFILE_ATTRIBUTES and are filled by the customer. Some fields are restricted to specific values for proper function. However, there is no errorhandling, in case of invalid entries. Such entries are silently ignored.

Solution: Check if programm constraints on every field is matched. For example column "keyword" in DSN_PROFILE_ATTRIBUTES is a string field, but not all strings are valid. Return Error, if value for any entry in table is invalid.
Preferably this happens upon insert or update of the table (reject sql).

Insert into SYSIBM.DSN_PROFILE_ATTRIBUTES
(PROFILEID,KEYWORDS,ATTRIBUTE1,ATTRIBUTE2)
    VALUES(123,'FOO','BAR',1000)

==> should return negative SQL-code

But an error message upon command -STA PROFILE would also help (different SQL-Code or error message).
