Reset the DSC counters when doing EXPLAIN STMTCACHE ALL

We are running IFCID 318 and externalize the Dynamic Statement Cache regularly to DSN_STATEMENT_CACHE_TABLE. For ease of use, we reset the counter by doing STOP and START of the IFCID 318 as described in the manual.

The time from EXPLAIN STMTCACHE ALL, STOP 318 and START 318 is not short and we will have SQL statements that have been executed between EXPLAIN and START 318. With this way of doing it, we will miss the counter information for those statements. If a statement has been executed and stored in DSC, for the first time, in that timeframe, the SQL will be there, but we will not have any counter information.

So have an option to something like EXPLAIN STMTCACHE ALL RESET COUNTER would be appreciated instead of having to stop and start the trace.
