Add HASHID2 as a "return value" from PREPARE

These days all firms are trying to track vast amounts of dynamic SQL and to see if any new/changed/old SQL will still run in the acceptable time frames and SLAs we all now live and strive for. The problem now is when you PREPARE an SQL you do not get the HASHID2 value returned to the PREPAREing requestor. It is naturally in the DSC but if this SQL is not put into the DSC by REOPT or SESSION Table usage for example. Then you never get the HASID2 value. Further after a PREPARE but before execution it would be extremely useful to crawl through your performance history tables and match the normalized SQL to a previous one especially when comparing workloads. This can then help greatly in doing analytics and fault tracking. I think the best way would be to either use the SQLCA to return the HASHID2 of a prepared statement or use a "transient SQL variable" to hold the value of the last prepared SQL.
