LOAD could end with RC=08 when no columns are detailed and lose data after VARCHARs

When a table has a column with varying length (VARCHAR, VARBINARY) and other columns after it, LOAD needs the column description in SYSIN to be loaded correctly, and ends with RC=00 (or RC=04 if remains CopyPend state).

But if you forget to explicitly indicate the columns definition, the LOAD ends with RC=04, and you lose all or part of data of the columns after the first VAR-column.

We suggest to end this LOAD with a RC=08 and a message indicating the reason, because it generates a serious incident, that arise when users reclaim the data that have disappeared.

Example:

For instance, for this table with some columns after the first varchar, the correct LOAD includes explicitly the columns, and ends with RC=00
