Support more than 14,500 archive log data sets in Db2 to achieve archiving and recovery requirements

Busy Db2 systems archive logs frequently due to log data set size limits. Additionally, cyber resiliency RPO requirements force frequent log switches based on a time interval (e.g., switch every 5 minutes). Both leads to more frequent log archiving. On the other hand, regulatory recovery requirements force an archive log retention period of multiple weeks. A higher archive log limit would make it easier to achieve both RPO goals, log retention requirements, log size requirements. 
In our view, a switch every 1 minute is necessary. A value of 75,000 would be optimal.  
To have that in VNext would be good.
