Hello,

I think it would help all Db2 performance monitoring tools and Db2 workload observability infrastructure using IFI to achieve better data filtering capabilities if we extend applicability of the existing filtering capabilities of field WQALGBPN of WQAL data structure to be applicable to all Buffer Pool and Group Buffer Pool related IFCID 002, 202, 230, 254.

Better filtering capabilities for Buffer Pool and Group Buffer Pool related IFCID is especially important within Db2 Data Sharing Group context. Within this context one IFI call might receive fairly large number of data records related to BP and GBP from different Db2 subsystem members. Subsequent online browsing through them might be a challenging and daunting task.

Taking into account that WQALGBPN filtering mechanism already exists, although in a somewhat limited scope, it seems to me that extending this mechanism to other relevant IFCID should be feasible with relative low cost.
