Make SYSIBM.DSNSERVICE table a catalog table

The usage of REST service is growing by the day and becoming an integral part of the application requirements and Db2 capability to service workloads. the REST services are also making an impact to the various automation possibilities in the user space.

If this table contains the metadata for REST services and is integral to the functionality around REST services capability then I think it might be an idea to include the SYSIBM.DSNSERVICE table as a catalog table, maybe in the DSNDB06 DB so that the table gets included in any DR or catalog and directory housekeeping procedures that any installation builds. At the moment this table has to be explicitly catered for outside of 'normal' catalog and directory housekeeping and recovery processes.

Maybe we can include the profile table as well
