Ok, got it. I will discuss with the team. As we today are based on the Db2 Load Utility, I guess it will not be possible to support the ZLOAD Utility without any major re-design of the tool but I will check.
Of course, But you must transfer(FTP) the files to z/OS.
The zLoad(DRDA fast load) command enables loading of data from files that reside on distributed clients(Windows/Linux/Unix) directly into Db2 for z/OS, so we don't transfer the files to z/OS.
Hi Ron,
It is possible today to generate JCL that loads data from an external file into IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator and optionally into Db2. Those JCL jobs can also be automated.
Can you please check this current capability with regards to the limitation listed and compare with your desired use case? Thanks!

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for your comment.
This support will allow us to develop, for example, an automated process that loads a file from Microsoft Windows system directly into an AOT.
Today, Can you do that?
How would this differ from todays capability to load data from external file?
