Enable/Disable replication (InSync) via IDAA HA Loader

If you enable an already loaded table, the following steps are carried out: ○ The data in the accelerator-shadow table is deleted. ○ The accelerator-shadow table is reset to the InitialLoadPending state. ○ Query acceleration is turned off for the table. ○ Hence a reload of the accelerator-shadow table is required before the incremental update process sets in again. This mechanism was introduced to guarantee data consistency. If data changes occurred after the last load of the table, but before its enablement for incremental updates, these changes would not be captured and propagated to the accelerator. As a IDAA Loader customer we would like to have a new parameter to enable/disable replication via the loader proc to ensure the above steps and process are executed within the same process to minimize the impact and availability of the objects in IDAA.
