Authorization problems with userid related to CDC-DB2 connection

Currently the replication deamon will go into sleep if one of the
passwords for one of the subscriptions is in error. He will get back to
work once that has been corrected via configuration console
updateCretentials() (as the client already knows and did).
This caused problems with connection CDC-DB2 on several DB2 subsytems that were connected already to CDC and on these, there has been NO CHANGES of psw.
