table functions to get query-list and table-information

Provide also DB2 zOS table functions which returns the same informations as the stored procedures, at least for sysproc.accel_get_queries & sysproc.accel_get_tables_info

At the moment, you can only use stored procedures to get the query-list or information about tables.
There are technotes, which are describing, how you can write a new stored procedure to fill db2-tables with the query-information or table-information (for ex. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27041044&myns=swgimgmt&mynp=OCSS4LQ8&mync=E )

This solution isn't very flexibel - for ex, you've got to call this new stored procedure, before you can see the newest information. When the returned xml contains new 'fields', you've got to change the table and also the stored procedure, when you like to see alos this new fields.

A more flexibel solution would be, when you could use a table function to retrieve the same informations. In such a case, you've got all the time the newest informations and changes in the xml-string would just be available.
